Hotel Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at StepStone Hospitality Inc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a supervisory role and be able to provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the front desk staff, ensuring that they provide excellent customer service and adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
- Assist with the coordination of guest services, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to front desk staff as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and complaint resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Estimated salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
