Job Description

At Domino's Pizza, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, leading a team of employees, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staffing: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Paperwork: Manage and maintain accurate records, including scheduling, inventory, and customer information.
  • Food Management: Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
  • Food Safety: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Work to a Schedule: Manage store operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service, to meet business objectives.
  • Perfect Image and Adherence to Standards: Ensure all employees adhere to Domino's Pizza standards, including uniform, grooming, and customer service.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all customers receive a high-quality experience.
  • Attendance and Punctuality: Maintain a high level of attendance and punctuality, ensuring the store is staffed and ready to serve customers.
  • Staff and Customer Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Transportation to/from Work: Ensure all employees have a safe and reliable means of transportation to and from work.
  • Store Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Marketing and Profitability: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of employees.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective solutions.
  • Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all customers receive a high-quality experience.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Previous Restaurant Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience, with a track record of success in leading a team of employees.
