As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including post-acute care facilities, with a fully flexible schedule that you control. Our team is dedicated to providing the best possible care to our patients, and we are seeking experienced LPNs to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering post-acute care to patients
  • Monitoring the physical and mental wellbeing of patients and tracking their vital signs
  • Performing intakes of residents and documenting their health concerns and medical histories
  • Reviewing medical records and charts of residents
  • Helping to maintain appropriate levels of medical supplies
  • Contributing to a safe, comfortable environment for residents
  • Assisting with IV set up, vaccinations, and phlebotomies
  • Helping medical staff with orientation and training
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an approved LPN educational training program
