Job Title: Ready Mix Driver

Job Summary:

The Ready Mix Driver will safely operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready-mixed concrete to customer sites. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready-mixed concrete to customer sites.
  • Ensure safe and efficient delivery of products to meet customer requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, and other team members to ensure smooth delivery operations.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safe operational order.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the vehicle and surrounding environment.
Requirements:
  • Valid Class B CDL license.
  • 1+ year of experience in a related field, such as transportation or heavy equipment operation.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
