Avionics Technician II

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Avionics and Electrical Technician II to join our team in Savannah, GA.
This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in avionics and electrical systems, with a focus on testing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex systems.
Key Responsibilities- Perform technical expertise in testing aircraft systems, troubleshooting, and repairing system discrepancies to ensure minimum schedule impact.
- Implement process changes to reduce cost and meet schedule without compromising safety or quality.
- Fill in for the Senior Avionics/Electrical Technician as needed, ensuring that company goals of safety and quality are enforced at all times.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Four (4) years experience in an avionics/electrical career field, or two (2) years of accredited schooling in aviation electronics and two (2) years related experience.
- A&P (FAA Airframe and Powerplant) license preferred.
- Other FCC and NCATT certifications preferred.
This position requires excellent communication skills, with the ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematic diagrams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in avionics and electrical systems, with experience in testing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex systems.
