We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Medical Screener to join our team at CSL Plasma.

This is a part-time position that offers a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for professional growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process, including assessing self-administered health history and performing health screening procedures.
  2. Provide education to new donors on the use of therapeutic products made from donated plasma, including explaining the screening process, health screening tests performed, appointment system, donation fees, center policies, proper nutrition, and any other information pertinent to the donor.
  3. Maintain accurate records of donor data in the electronic donor information management system as outlined in the SOPs.
  4. Ensure confidentiality of all personnel, donor, and center information.
  5. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment.
  • Must be able to perform basic math calculations.
