Gymnastics and Tumbling Instructor Opportunity

Hopedale is seeking a skilled Gymnastics and Tumbling Instructor to lead classes for preschool to school-aged children.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced instructor who can develop and deliver engaging tumbling and gymnastic programs, ensuring a fun and safe learning environment for all participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver progressive curriculum for various age groups, catering to diverse skill levels and abilities.
• Set up equipment, perform safety checks, and maintain a well-organized class environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress and any important updates.
• Supervise children before and after class, providing a secure and nurturing atmosphere.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote classes and improve overall program development.
• Elevate your creative expression in program design, ensuring engagement, fun, and student development.
• Hold current First Aid and CPR certification or be willing to obtain upon hire.
• Prior experience in Preschool Tumbling and Gymnastics is highly desirable, as is coaching or instructional background.
• Able to work independently, manage class rosters, and facilitate seamless classes.

Physical Demands:

• The role requires the ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds daily, carry objects of similar weight, and stand, walk, and kneel for 90% of work time.
• Additionally, the position demands manual dexterity, color vision, and effective communication with others.

Compensation and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $16-$17, providing a stable financial foundation for growth and success.
