Job Summary

As a Lobby Ambassador, you will be responsible for enhancing the service experience for hotel guests by activating all outlet services within the lobby area. This includes responding to guest requests for special arrangements or services, gathering and summarizing local area knowledge to inform guests about the property and surrounding area amenities, and resolving guest calls, requests, or problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage hotel guests to enhance the service experience through activation of all outlet services within the lobby area.

  • Gather, summarize, and provide local area knowledge to inform guests about the property and surrounding area amenities.
  • Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
