Responsibilities:
A loader is accountable for the efficient, precise, and safe loading and transportation of products onto our outbound trailers.

Key Duties and Essential Functions:
- Accurately and safely load outbound trailers
- Utilize RF scan guns for loading and unloading trailers
- Unload pallet trailers or cross-dock trailers for other distribution centers and allocate freight appropriately
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly quality and production targets
- Lift 50-80 lbs. for 8 to 12 hours each day
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Exhibit flexibility and work in various areas as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
- Ability to engage with the team in a fast-paced environment while remaining adaptable, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.

Machines and Equipment Used:
- Forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse tools.

Physical Requirements:
- Good visual acuity and effective communication skills.
- Capability to repetitively lift, bend, carry, and push.
- Ability to lift, push, and/or pull a minimum of 50 pounds, with reasonable assistance available for heavier tasks.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods.
- May encounter stressful situations occasionally.
- Reasonable accommodations may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
