Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting members, presenting the Orangetheory concept, and working at the front desk to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet members and introduce them to the Orangetheory experience
  • Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers
  • Work at the front desk to answer phones, respond to member inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Give studio tours and showcase the Orangetheory facilities
  • Work with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout
  • Sell memberships and promote the Orangetheory brand
  • Follow up with prospective clients and ensure a seamless onboarding experience
  • Handle member concerns and resolve issues in a professional and objective manner
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote the Orangetheory brand
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
Requirements:
  • Passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
