Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills and experience working with CT scanners. They will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring accurate image quality, and maintaining equipment. Additionally, they will work closely with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform CT scans on patients to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Maintain and troubleshoot CT scanner equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret scan results and develop effective treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide exceptional patient care.
To be successful in this role, candidates must have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a CT Technologist.
- Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in Computed Tomography (CT).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
