Team Overview:
MatrixCare, a subsidiary of ResMed, is a leading SaaS provider in the long-term post-acute care sector. Our EMR solutions empower nurses and caregivers to deliver critical patient services effectively.Role Responsibilities:
  • Conduct feasibility assessments for prospective initiatives and collaborations
  • Create high-level architectural designs and estimates for new functionalities
  • Perform impact assessments on product engineering and recommend solutions
  • Optimize cost evaluations for enhanced efficiency and scalability
  • Assess alternative design frameworks to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Implement strategies to boost engineering productivity
  • Lead the development of proof of concepts (POCs) for technical validation
  • Facilitate the onboarding of engineering teams onto new initiatives
Key Qualifications:
  • Over 10 years of experience with .NET Technologies
  • At least 5 years of experience with AWS
  • A minimum of 5 years in system design and architecture
  • Experience in cloud migration and Healthcare IT
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with EMR systems
  • Familiarity with Rhapsody or Cloverleaf integration engines
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification
  • Experience in long-term post-acute care environments

Salary Range: $146,000 - $183,000 per year
