Rigging Specialist

MarineMax is seeking a skilled Rigging Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for the repair and rigging of boats and trailers. Your expertise will ensure that our customers receive top-notch service and that our boats are in safe and working order. Key responsibilities include preparing boats for presentation and delivery, properly attaching components, and troubleshooting electronics systems. You will also be responsible for performing light duty tasks, such as changing oil filters and warranty repairs. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a clean and professional facility and showroom, and to participate in boat shows and other promotional events.
