Logistics Specialist II

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Logistics Specialist II to join our team at SRS Distribution. As a Commercial Driver, you will be responsible for delivering building materials to customers' places of business or job sites within a 200-mile radius of our branch.

• Deliver building materials safely and efficiently to customers' locations.
• Operate a commercial vehicle in compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies.
• Perform pre and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and condition.
• Validate and confirm inventory loaded on the truck and ensure accurate delivery tickets.
• Conduct job site inspections and document any existing damage or hazards.
• Load and unload building products that weigh up to 100 lbs. each.

• Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Ability to load and unload building products safely and efficiently.
• Safe driving record with no hit & runs or DWI/DUI convictions within the last 12 months.
• Prior commercial driving experience and knowledge of DOT & OSHA safety regulations.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Must be a minimum 18 years of age (21 years of age for interstate driving or hazardous materials transport).
