Overview

QPS, LLC is a leading provider of clinical research services, committed to improving human health and quality of life. As a Clinical Research Nurse Specialist at QPS, you will play a crucial role in overseeing Phase I, II, III, and IV clinical studies, ensuring the safety of study participants during study conduct.

The Job

As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for executing clinical research trials in strict compliance with study protocols, standards of Good Clinical Practice, Standard Operating Procedures, QA/QC procedures, OSHA guidelines, Food and Drug Administration (FDA) guidelines, and other state and local regulations. You will provide scientific and technical leadership during study conduct, actively participate in dosing and evaluating study participants for any adverse reactions, and provide technical guidance to others in resolving challenging issues.

You will also participate in pre- and post-study evaluations, provide technical guidance on study conduct, meet regularly with the principal investigator and research teams to discuss subject participation and protocol progress, and communicate effectively with subjects, research teams, IRBs, and sponsors.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have current state licensure, completion of a master's degree in a designated profession, clinical research experience, and strong knowledge of FDA/GCP/ICH guidelines.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
