  • Inventory Levels: Maintain required component and emergency spare inventory levels.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Package and track outgoing shipments.

Requirements:

  • Physical Demands: Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate ambiguity, work independently under pressure, prioritize, and stay focused.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and process discipline.
  • Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of or experience with IT Ticketing and Asset Management applications like ServiceNow ITSM.
  • Hardware Knowledge: General knowledge of the various types of IT hardware.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills.
