We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Environmental Services to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores, providing a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff, and working closely with the Infectious Control department.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective housekeeping systems to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
- Collaborate with the Environment of Care Committee, Infection Prevention Director, and other key members of hospital leadership to drive client and patient satisfaction scores.
- Manage the Unit Operating System to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Support a diverse and inclusive workforce by promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of resources and achieve business objectives.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in environmental services or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving client and patient satisfaction scores.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data and present findings to stakeholders.
- Experience with vendor and contract management, as well as union and contract negotiations.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
