Job Description
Touch of Italy is seeking a Hospitality Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

About the Position
This is a full-time opportunity with an estimated salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year. As a Hospitality Team Member, you will work closely with our kitchen and dining room staff to ensure that every guest has a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for greeting customers, taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring accurate accounting of all transactions, collections, and disbursements.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and efficiently, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale system to process transactions
- Upsell and promote our menu items, suggesting specials and recommendations to enhance the customer experience
- Ensure accurate accounting of all transactions, collections, and disbursements, counting money at the beginning and end of each shift

Requirements
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours, lifting up to 25 pounds as needed
- Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money accurately, including processing credit card transactions and making change for cash payments
- Have basic knowledge of our point-of-sale system and ability to learn new technology quickly
- Be service-oriented, team-focused, and patient, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
