About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of patients, from children to adults, who require speech and language therapy due to medical conditions, injuries, or developmental delays. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess speech and language skills in patients, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based strategies and techniques.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • A Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Current state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound clinical decisions.
