Critical Connection, inc is in search of a Mobile Rehabilitation Therapist for a temporary assignment.

We are currently looking for a local or traveling Rehabilitation Therapist (RT) for a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Position Summary:

In alignment with the principles of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice, the Rehabilitation Therapist (RT) is responsible for the assessment, rehabilitation, treatment, and prevention of chronic conditions, illnesses, and/or musculoskeletal injuries.

Qualifications:
  • Graduation from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy program or a program recognized by the World Congress of Physical Therapy, preferably holding a Doctorate in Physical Therapy
  • Experience: Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferred
  • State licensure as a Physical Therapist or eligibility for state licensure
  • Current CPR certification

Critical Connections Job ID # bc-4842-bb84-fa3707e7e56b. Compensation package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
