Speech Language Pathologist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at 360 Customer Inc. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
  • Provide therapy sessions to patients to improve their speech and language skills
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
  • Educate patients and their families on techniques for improving communication and swallowing abilities
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Experience working in a school setting is preferred
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to speech therapy
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
