Job Summary:
At Jimmy's Egg, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Service Team Member to join our team. As a Restaurant Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to each guest, ensuring a positive and enjoyable dining experience.
- Order Taking and Delivery: Take orders accurately and deliver food in a timely manner, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled to the guest's satisfaction.
- Payment and Cash Handling: Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring that all financial transactions are secure and compliant with company policies.
- Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service, communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, and maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Demonstrate a willingness to work as part of a team, adapt to changing situations, and maintain a flexible attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Demands: Be able to lift up to 25-50 pounds, exert fast-paced mobility between the dining room and kitchen, and maintain a high level of energy and stamina throughout the shift.
