Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to crisis specialists, ensuring adherence to program guidelines and protocols.
  • Collaborate with community partners and referral sources to ensure coordinated care for clients.
  • Manage crisis hotline calls, conduct crisis assessments, and develop crisis intervention plans.
  • Lead a team of crisis specialists, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations, and identifying areas for training and professional development.
  • Participate in program planning and development to ensure the continuous improvement of crisis services.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
  • Licensure or certification as a Mental Health Professional.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in crisis intervention or related field.
  • Experience providing clinical supervision.
  • Excellent crisis assessment and intervention skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Knowledge of community resources and referral processes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with community partners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
