Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with compassion and empathy.
  • Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
  • Plan and facilitate engaging activities to promote socialization and personal growth.
  • Support individuals in developing and maintaining life skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the overall well-being of the individuals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or HiSet
  • Previous experience in a direct care role is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to transport individuals
Estimated Salary

$28 per hour (approximately $57,000 per year)
