Job Title: MIG Welder 2nd Shift
Job Overview
The MIG Welder 2nd Shift will be responsible for performing production MIG welding on stainless steel and carbon steel, as well as reading blueprints. This is a contract role through the end of October or longer, with an open-ended contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform production MIG welding on stainless steel and carbon steel
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Meet production targets and quality standards
Work Environment
This is a weld shop environment in an older building, so it is a dirty work environment. Each welder gets their own welding cell, but they are close to each other. Music is allowed, making the environment loud with music, grinding, and other metal work.
