Clinical Overview
We seek a dedicated Registered Nurse – On Call (7 on/7 off) to join our team. This salaried position reports directly to the Administrator, Executive Director or Patient Care Manager Senior and maintains primary control over patient care. You will act as the primary liaison between physicians, patients, and the hospice team, providing direct patient care services and supportive care to families after normal business hours on an on-call basis.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage an interdisciplinary group consisting of Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and support staff to enhance the quality of hospice care
* Evaluate patient/family needs and assist in preparing/executing the plan of care for each patient
* Maintain all assigned patient clinical records
* Participate in company quality assessment and performance improvement programs

About You
As a compassionate, kind, and empathetic nurse, you will possess a current RN license (in the state of requested employment or ability to obtain) and have at least 1+ year of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology. Estimated Salary Range
$85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and location. Note that actual salaries may vary depending on specific circumstances.
