Key Responsibilities- Provide patient care and support to patients in various settings, including acute care and rehabilitation.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and report patient vital signs and changes in condition.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of California.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
This is a per diem position, working 12-hour shifts on days. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and service.
