Position Overview:
Chipton-Ross is seeking an Assembler-C for a contract opportunity. This role requires 100% onsite presence and involves various assembly tasks related to aircraft systems.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Interpret and comprehend technical work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
2. Apply sealants to surfaces according to specifications.
3. Install diverse aircraft system components, including panel installations.
4. Operate various mechanical lifts such as ladders and snorkel lifts.

Required Qualifications:
- Familiarity with common tools and equipment.
- Completion of the New Hire Training Cycle Flow to obtain necessary certifications.
- Proficient in using computers in a production setting.
- Ability to wear appropriate protective clothing and equipment based on task requirements.
- Experience with tools including rivet guns, screwdrivers, and other hand tools.
- Knowledge of chemical solvents, sealants, coatings, and finishes.
- Conduct quality inspections of work and check for foreign object debris (FOD).
- Utilize high-impact vibratory tools for assembly tasks.
- Capable of performing physical tasks such as climbing, crawling, and balancing.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in following detailed work instructions and interpreting blueprints.

Training and Experience:
- Completion of an aviation or technical school program is required.
- 9-10 weeks of training will be provided.

Work Environment:
- Exposure to energized sources and constant noise.
- Ability to manipulate tools and read from screens or printed documents.
- Adherence to safety and compliance standards is essential.
- Must be able to work in confined spaces and use a respirator.
- Physical requirements include lifting up to 35 pounds and various movements such as bending and reaching.

Education:
- High School diploma or GED is required, along with 4 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Schedule:
- Full-Time position with a 9/80 work schedule. Flexibility to work various shifts is necessary.
