Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Engage with guests, consult with them on their beauty needs, and recommend products and services to meet their expectations.
- Service Delivery: Deliver high-quality beauty services, including hair design, haircuts, color, texture, hair treatments, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, and ear piercing (where applicable).
- Sales and Productivity: Meet or exceed sales goals and productivity targets by delivering exceptional guest service and contributing to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and retail shrink.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrate business acumen with an understanding of business drivers and identified opportunities for growth.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about new and existing industry trends, products, and services, and be knowledgeable about the ingredients and benefits of these trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
- Cosmetology License: Must have a valid cosmetology license.
- Experience: Previous relevant salon experience is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency with latest salon techniques, developed communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Frequent Mobility: Frequent mobility during shift.
- Continuous Lifting: Continuous lifting and/or moving up to 10 lbs. during shift.
- Physical Demands: Frequent stooping, kneeling, bending, reaching, twisting, and crouching during shift, and ability to stand for long periods of time during shift.
