Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Logistics Associate to join our team at Laksh Inc in Ventura, CA.

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a commercial truck
  • Load and unload cargo
  • Track and document activity logs
  • Report any issues or incidents to dispatch immediately
  • Inspect the vehicle before and after each trip
Requirements
  • At least 6 months of professional driving experience within the last 3 years
  • Experience with high-volume pick-ups and deliveries is beneficial
  • No more than 1 preventable accident and no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
  • Physical ability to perform extensive walking, bending, and hopping in and out of the truck throughout the day
