Metal Fabrication Specialist

Bard Manufacturing Company, a leading provider of HVAC solutions, is seeking an experienced Metal Fabrication Specialist to join our production team in Bryan, OH.

This is a 2nd shift production position, working Monday-Thursday from 4:30pm-3:00am.

As a Metal Fabrication Specialist, you will be responsible for fabricating metal components and parts of HVAC units using a variety of tools and machinery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating and setting up press brake machines to fabricate metal components
• Monitoring and maintaining the quality of work
• Performing preventative maintenance on machines in accordance with ISO regulations
• Using hand or pneumatic power tools as needed
• Operating a forklift as required
• Reading and understanding drawings and prints
• Following all company safety rules and procedures

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed or uninvolved written or oral instructions
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
