About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Overnight Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for baking fresh bread and pastries every night, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and taste.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bake a variety of breads and pastries, including sourdough, baguettes, and croissants
  • Prepare ingredients and mix dough according to Panera Bread's recipes and standards
  • Monitor and control the baking process to ensure consistent quality and presentation
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, using your skills and judgment to make decisions
  • Perform other tasks as needed, such as stocking, prep, and sanitation

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a baker or in a related field (training provided)
  • Ability to work 3rd shift (10 p.m. - 8 a.m.)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude
