Job Summary:
This is a custodial position responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of County facilities. The successful candidate will perform a variety of tasks, including cleaning, equipment maintenance, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and maintain County facilities, including dusting, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
- Perform equipment care, including cleaning and replacing parts.
- Identify and report repair needs and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience:
No experience is required, but a valid Arizona driver's license is necessary.
Additional Requirements:
The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Physical Requirements:
The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
