Position Overview
As a key member of the ProMedica Senior Care team, the Housekeeper plays a vital role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for residents and their families. This position is essential in ensuring that all common areas and private spaces are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in common areas and resident rooms, ensuring a tidy and sanitary environment.
- Engage with residents and their families with professionalism and sensitivity, fostering a positive atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the Building Services/Housekeeping Team under the guidance of the Building Services Coordinator/Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Support the mission of Arden Courts by contributing to a safe and pleasant living space for all residents.
Qualifications
A high school diploma is required for this position. Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred, as it enhances the ability to meet the expectations of our residents and their families.
