The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Job:
We are a well-funded and rapidly growing start-up company dedicated to revolutionizing early disease diagnosis and monitoring. Our proprietary technology, Successive Proximity Extension Amplification Reaction (SPEAR), is a novel wash-free immunoassay platform offering unprecedented sensitivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of junior scientists in developing portfolio of ultrasensitive immunoassays.
- Be a subject matter expert in protein biomarkers for neurodegeneration or immuno-oncology.
- Design and develop ELISA based assays for ultrasensitive detection of analytes.
- Contribute to scientific literature and internal reports, documents, and communications.
Requirements:
- PhD in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related life science field with 4+ years of experience.
- Deep understanding of protein biology and technical experience in immunoassay development.
- Prior experience leading/mentoring team of junior scientists.
