Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Traveling Medical Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a Traveling Medical Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, operating imaging equipment, and providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including CT scans, X-rays, and other imaging modalities
  • Operate imaging equipment, including CT scanners, X-ray machines, and other medical imaging devices
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including preparing patients for procedures, explaining procedures, and ensuring patient comfort and safety
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information, imaging results, and other relevant data

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) or equivalent
  • Experience in diagnostic imaging, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
