Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temp to perm basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer member calls and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to members regarding their benefits and services.
  • Resolve member issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
  • Bilingual applicants preferred.
  • Must reside in Michigan, Indiana, or Ohio.
