IT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to join our team at Programmers. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering a streamlined user experience and driving business growth through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of IT strategies to support business objectives.
• Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT projects.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication ability, both written and verbal.
• Personable, professional demeanor.
• Basic small network troubleshooting.
• Windows Server and Domain administration.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• AS400 experience.
• NVR/IP Camera Setup.
