Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service Expert: Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
  2. Sales Floor Manager: Maintain a clean and organized store, including restocking shelves, cleaning, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  3. Upselling Specialist: Master the art of upselling and suggestive selling, recommending products that complement customers' purchases.
  4. Brand Ambassador: Champion our brand by encouraging customers to join our loyalty rewards program and highlighting exclusive benefits.
  5. Cash Handling Pro: Efficiently manage the cash register, handle transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.
  6. Safety Champion: Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
  7. Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and provide support when needed.
  8. Facility Maintenance Expert: Take pride in maintaining a clean and inviting store, including cleaning restrooms, emptying trash bins, and refilling window washing stations.
  9. Environmental Ambassador: Actively participate in keeping our outdoor space clean and welcoming, contributing to a positive environmental impact.

Qualifications:

  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older (21 in some states).
  • Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
  • Math Proficiency: Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
  • Physical Ability: Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Pre-Employment Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and be subject to a criminal history background check.
  • Personable and Positive: Friendly demeanor and ability to make customers feel welcome.
