Nurse Practitioner

At Solutions by Sanford, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to work in our East Patient Building. The ideal candidate will have at least six months of travel experience and be able to work rotating shifts. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to patients, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and demonstrating a commitment to quality care and service.

• Provide patient care in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate care
• Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and provide education to patients and families
• Manage patient flow, prioritize tasks, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
• Experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
