Qualifications We Seek:

Educational and Professional Requirements:

  • Preferred qualifications include a CDA, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree.
  • CPL 3 or higher is mandatory.

  • Ability to pass a thorough state and federal background check is essential.
  • Compliance with all state, federal, and Early Learning Academies regulations regarding education, experience, immunizations, and health and safety training is required.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary if driving is part of the role.
