Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and guidance to staff nurses and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service
- Assist in the maintenance of a safe and healthy work environment
- Collaborate with office managers and other healthcare professionals to achieve departmental goals
- Perform all staff nurse duties as needed
- Licensed LPN or RN in good standing with the Florida Board of Nursing
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in professional nursing
- Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety and Health Institute
- ACLS Certification through the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Health and Safety Institute
- Microsoft Office Products - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint proficiency
