We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Unavailable. As a key member of our Imaging Department, you will play a critical role in capturing high-quality diagnostic images that enable our physicians to make accurate diagnoses and provide effective patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Image Acquisition and Processing: Utilize your expertise to position patients correctly and capture precise images using various imaging modalities, including X-ray, CT, and MRI.
- Radiation Safety and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols and maintain a high level of quality in all imaging procedures.
- Patient Care and Communication: Provide excellent patient care and communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Continuing Education and Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques through ongoing education and training.
- Education and Licensure: Associate degree in Radiologic Technology and active licensure as a Radiologic Technologist in the State of Washington.
- Certifications and Credentials: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification and current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience and Skills: 1 year of experience in radiologic technology, with a strong foundation in patient care, radiation safety, and imaging modalities.
