Truck Load Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced CDL-A truck drivers to join our team as OTR logistics coordinators. As a driver with Paschall Truck Lines, you will be responsible for transporting goods across the country in a safe and timely manner while also assisting with logistical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a tractor-trailer combination vehicle to transport goods over long distances">
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, including delivery times and locations">
• Assist with logistical operations, including coordinating with dispatchers and other drivers">
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition">

Requirements

To be successful as an OTR logistics coordinator, you should have:

• A valid CDL-A license">
• At least 6 months of experience driving a commercial vehicle">
• Excellent communication and navigation skills">
• Able to work independently and as part of a team">
• Prior experience with drop-and-hook cargo preferred but not required">
