About the Role
">We are seeking a highly experienced civil engineer to lead our Residential Sector. As the Director of Civil Engineering, Residential Development, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical and operational aspects of our residential construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
">- Develop and implement strategies for the Residential Sector, aligning with our Department and Company goals.
- Lead and manage teams of professionals, focusing on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Directors, Client Success Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to managers and staff, promoting the development of skills and knowledge within the Sector.
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent degree and/or experience.
- 12+ years of engineering or related experience, including 7+ years of project management and 5+ years of managing diverse teams.
- Proven track record of mentoring and coaching, with strong leadership and management skills.
- Energetic, flexible, confident, and forward-thinking individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
