Job Overview

Schill Grounds Management, a leading commercial landscaping services provider in Ohio, is seeking a Snow Crew Member to join their team.

This flexible schedule position allows you to work when available, with a focus on snow removal using manual shovels or equipment. As a Snow Shoveler at Schill Grounds Management, you will be responsible for attending meetings at the branch as needed, performing snow removal tasks, and operating small snow blowers and walk-behind snow sweepers.

JOB SKILLS AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS

  • Must be self-motivated

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test

Must be able to drive to the work site or branch in adverse weather conditions

Must be able to move and/or lift up to 60 pounds consistently

Estimated Salary: $12-$15 per hour
