About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Caregiver to join our team at Perfect Fit Home Care. As a Nursing Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to seniors and disabled adults in their homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, and ambulation.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Assist with medication reminders and ensure clients use prescribed medical equipment properly.
  • Prepare meals and assist with shopping and errands.
  • Document client activities and note changes in physical or mental status.
  • Transport clients to appointments and errands.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months of home health aide or certified nurse aide experience, preferably supporting older adults.
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Current State of Oklahoma Home Health Aide certification.
  • Valid state driver's license.

Salary: $15-$18 per hour

Location: Tulsa, Owasso, Broken Arrow, Skiatook, Collinsville, and surrounding communities.
