Job Title

**HVAC Technician**

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team at Country Air. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting, servicing, and repairing heating and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough quality control checks on new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections and repairs of equipment, to prevent breakdowns and extend system lifespan.
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in HVAC or related fields.
  • Possess necessary tools and equipment to perform service calls efficiently.
  • Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams is essential for troubleshooting and repair purposes.
  • Able to handle physical workload and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

Estimated Salary:** $55,000 - $65,000 per year

Bonus Information: Experience working with refrigeration (walk-in coolers) is a plus but not required.
