Job Summary:

The Moon Area School District is seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of Assistant and Volunteer Coach. This position will work under the supervision of the Athletic Director and will be responsible for assisting the Head Coach in various aspects of the program.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Coach in planning and implementing practices and games
• Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance
• Provide guidance and support to student-athletes
• Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in coaching or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
