Key Responsibilities

3. Oversee the ongoing tracking of financial coverage at the facilities.

4. Guarantee the timely distribution of essential documents, including non-coverage letters, discharge notifications, and transfer communications, to uphold regulatory standards and ensure continuous coverage.

Qualifications

A High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of financial coverage and regulations in long-term care settings. A minimum of 5 years of experience in long-term care social work, admissions, or financial services is essential. Strong communication skills and a cooperative approach when interacting with customers and colleagues are necessary.
